WHO WE ARE

SDX Mécanique is a company specialized in industrial maintenance and industrial & process mechanics

Since its inception in 2008, the company has built credibility through a dynamic team dedicated to satisfying customer needs in emergency work, planned maintenance and equipment upgrades. Working mainly in the industrial and commercial markets, we’ve focused our resources in these areas to better serve the most demanding standards of our customers. Whether the work is in mining, metallurgy, paper or another industry, we adapt our services to meet our client’s asset maintenance and improvement program needs.

 

 

Health and safety: an issue shared with our clients
In terms of occupational health and safety, we establish specific challenges for all planned work site interventions for each of our clients. The deployment of our resources is organized around this fundamental health and safety value, where each employee is made aware and trained on an ongoing basis, in order to limit accidents and the risk of injury. From emergency to planned maintenance to the completion of work
SDX Mécanique responds to an average of more than 1000 emergency calls per year. Whether it's pump or conveyor maintenance, piping replacements or equipment upgrades, we’re able to act quickly in emergency situations. Our capabilities and the extensive knowledge of our clients' production issues allow us to propose intervention plans for planned annual shutdowns or to assist our clients in planning and carrying out large-scale projects.

As a member of ACQ Mutual Prevention, we have developed a very rigorous health and safety policy and ensure that it is respected at all times.

This policy is always adapted or personalized according to each project and is clearly presented in the prevention program given to the foreman at the beginning of each of our mandates.
